This session is for you if you’ve been feeling that things are a little uncomfortable at the moment. Be that within your own world or the bigger world. If you’re unsettled, anxious, worried, scared, tense, spending too much time in your mind, or too much time escaping reality on the gram & in Netflix, if you’re feeling out of control & powerless then this session is like a big warm cuddle for your brain 🫶
