At this moment we are only offering Baby Yoga as private classes.
Active baby yoga is a magical sensory experience for your baby and a wonderful way for the two of you to bond. These fun, baby sensory classes teach you how to hold, move and exercise your baby in a safe and exciting way.
There are so many great benefits of baby yoga poses, including helping baby to reach their developmental milestones, keeping them entertained, and tiring them out!
These friendly baby sensory classes are led by Sensory Land founder, Casey - an experienced and professional maternity nurse, nanny, breastfeeding specialist, and baby massage and yoga instructor. Casey combines easy-to-learn massage routines with fun songs – a great introduction to beautiful baby massage.
There are so many brilliant reasons to learn with us:
❤ Encourage baby’s development such as rolling, sitting, standing and crawling
❤ Learn the magic moves to help with unsettledness and fractiousness
❤ Stimulate baby’s sense of body awareness and balance
❤ Great for speech and language with lots of songs and rhymes
❤ We also do a few exercises to help support and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles (no previous experience necessary)

Another important reason to consider baby yoga is to help your baby become more confident on their tummy. The advice today is for babies to sleep on their backs, which is to help avoid SIDS. What this does mean, is that babies are spending less time on their tummies than our previous generations and therefore less time building those important muscles. Baby yoga is great for encouraging tummy time and helping your baby to build confidence in this position.

Our face-to-face baby classes are now running again whilst keeping to social distancing rules. We offer public groups, private groups & 1-2-1’s. We can’t wait to see you!
Public Courses
Come and join our face-to-face classes in South London. Classes are bookable in 6-week terms for £84.
Private Face-to-face Sessions
1-2-1 Sessions
Run by Sensory Land, in your home, these sessions are a great opportunity to really focus on the specific needs of your baby. We can work through the Baby Yoga course together over 3 sessions. You can also choose to work on a custom plan e.g. tummy time strength & have a class tailored to your family’s needs. We will begin with a phone or email consultation to talk about what would work best for you.
60-minute sessions, £80 per session. Available in South London.
Private Group Courses
Run by Sensory Land, in your home. This is perfect for antenatal groups that want to have fun practising Baby Yoga & can learn at their pace, in a comfortable and familiar environment.
6-week course of 45 minute-long classes (although we encourage you to stay together & have snacks!) Available in and around South West London & Surrey.
£80 per session for 6 consecutive weeks. Split the costs between you & your friends. Up to 6 friends. Any additional families over 6 +£10 per additional family.
Virtual Sessions
Come and join us online for Baby Yoga!
These sessions are available on Zoom in private group or 1-2-1 sessions.
Private Group
Why not team up with some of your parent friends to learn baby yoga together! It’s a great way to connect with others during this time of isolation, while you learn the moves and bond with your baby.
£60 per session for 6 consecutive 45 minute sessions. Split the costs between your friends. Up to 6 friends. Additional friends are £10 per family. The course is recorded and shared with you in a private Facebook group.
1-2-1 Sessions
Great for focusing on the specific needs of your baby. We will put together a custom plan tailored to your family’s needs.
£60 per 45 minute session + free 15 minute discovery call. Class is recorded and shared with you.
